Jason Sandwick is a seasoned Entrepreneur who has a very successful career that includes many development and construction projects. He has over 30 years of experience in Construction/Development/General Contracting and 20 plus years in the banking and business management industries. His management experience includes his recent work with Brookfield Properties and Ark Group, leading the development, construction, leasing, and general management of Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX. He not only oversaw all construction of this massive project but lead it to its most successful years of operation before handing the reigns to the new owners through a successful sale of the property. His experience spans all types of development and construction and he is now focused on banking and data center projects around the globe. His many years of experience and ability to lead with insight and a humble spirit, has contributed to many success stories and will continue to provide direction for Element 6 Technologies.
Michael Shaun Jackson
Michael boasts an illustrious career spanning over 3 decades, in the design, development, and reconstruction of properties across the United States holding building contractor licenses in nearly 20 states. Michael spearheaded transformative commercial and resort projects throughout the Caribbean, showcasing his visionary leadership and strategic acumen.
His astute leadership and entrepreneurial spirit led to the expansion of over 20 offices & overseeing a national salesforce of hundreds of sales people along with experience in structuring JV’s, acquisitions, & raising capital makes him a great addition to our team.
Richard H. Segerson
Rich is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of Northwind Aviation Partners. He has held management positions at various private aviation companies as well as sports marketing firms. He spent several years as a sales trader on Wall Street and understands the demanding needs of our clients. His passion for aircraft and knowledge of the industry make him an exceptional partner.
